  Stretches
Hamstring Stretch
Right Leg
: Place your right leg out the front
: Push your bottom out the back
: Slowly bend your left knee
: Rest your hands on your left thigh/knee until you feel a deep stretch in the back of your right leg.
Now Repeat Stretch on your Left Leg.
 
Tricep Stretch
: Take one hand to the opposite shoulder blade.
: Take the other hand and place it onto your elbow
: Push down on your elbow until you feel the stretch
 
Quadricep Stretch
: Take one of your heels up to your bottom
: Hold your balance
: Try and keep your knees together
: Try and keep your knee cap "soft" in the straight leg
 
Side Stretch
:Take One Hand Up into the Air
:Rest the other hand on your hip or beside your body.
:Reach over to the side of the hand on your hip/beside you
