1 1/3 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup skim milk
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup blueberries
3/4 cup raspberries
Directions
Preheat the oven to 190 Degrees
Spray a muffin tray with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
Add in berries.
Spoon the mixture into the muffin tray, approximately 2/3 full.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown
